Canadian Blood Services is holding a clinic at the WinSport Centre (COP) on July 23rd from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Canadian Blood Services has been affected by the recent flooding as their clinic was shut down for several days both in Calgary and Lethbridge impacting our ability to collect blood products for local hospitals. Blood donation is another wonderful way we can support our community and ensure Calgary hospitals continue to have the blood they need for ongoing treatments.

The Valley Ridge Community Garden is pleased to invite Crestmont Residents to “Music in the Garden” every Sunday evening in July and August from 6:30-8:00 pm. The garden is located just past the playground on Valley Meadow Close. There is no charge to attend, please bring your friends and your lawn-chairs.
The Valley Ridge Garden is also hosting Yoga in the Garden every Wednesday Night from 7:30-8:45, there is a $10.00 drop in fee.
