Based on your “Values” statement I would like to see a campaign from the association regarding all of the dogs that run off leash on our path system. I back onto the path and watch many, many dogs go by off leash everyday. In the last few days both Tuscany and Silver Springs have had off leash dogs bite children. I’m sure all the owners of these dogs insist their dog would never do that but 1) you never know what a dog can decide to do and 2) OUR PATH SYSTEM IS NOT AN OFF LEASH AREA.

The dogs that are off leash behind my home are great, but you need only one bite to one child to change a life.
    I must agree.
